What is arthritis? Causes, signs, treatment
The most famous chronic (long-term) joint disease is osteoarthritis (OA). OA occurs mainly in the elderly, but in people of all ages it may occur. Degenerative joint disease, degenerative arthritis and wear-and-tear arthritis are also called OA.
Causes of arthritic osteosis
OA is caused by injury to the joints. Over time, this harm will accumulate, because aging is one of the key causes of joint injury due to osteoarthritis. There’s more wear and tear on the joints as you mature.
Past injuries include other sources of joint damage, such as:
Rupture of cartilage
Joints which have been dislocated

Symptoms of Osteoarthritis
In any joint, osteoarthritis may occur. The most frequently affected regions of the body, however, include:
Hip to the hip
Spine in the neck or back, usually
Osteoarthritis symptoms are the most common:
Gentleness (discomfort when pressing the area with your fingers)
The pain associated with it can become more severe as OA advances more. Over time, swelling can also develop in and around the joint.
Usually, you should do it at home in a few ways to help alleviate discomfort, fatigue, and swelling.
